Agreement to Participate

I understand that a business incubator provides a unique environment in which new companies can lease shared commercial office space with shared services and receive business development assistance. If selected to be a tenant in this facility, I agree to participate in group activities such as, but not limited to, workshops, seminars, and meetings as determined by incubator management. I further agree to interact with other tenants in non-competing companies sharing lessons learned, participating in round table discussions, and providing collegial support. Such participation is not intended to distract tenants from their own company business and will be held to a minimum.
