Regents Business Partnership Excellence Award
Cameron University enjoys an ongoing partnership with Lawton Marketing Group, a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in web developement, social media marketing and search engine optimization. Lawton Marketing Group commenced operations in CU's Center for Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurial Studies (CETES) incubator in February 2013. Since that time, it has grown by about 600 percent, with more than 75 percent of its revenue coming into Oklahoma from out of state, and added four full-time staff members. CETES provides Lawton Marketing Group with oversight in its growth strategies and connects it with student interns. To date, Lawton Marketing Group has employed four CU interns and hired one full-time upon graduation. It has also shared its expertise in search engine optimization and social marketing with community members in presentations made at Tech Night organised by CETES.

CETES is the ideal place in Southwest Oklahoma to incubate your business ideas, and to start and grow your business.

Cameron University's Center for Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurial Studies (CETES) offers entrepreneurs and startup businesses office space in its business incubator, and a host of business services to support their success and growth. CETES also offers wide ranging services including their Growth Strategies Model to offsite businesses that are not in the incubator.

CETES is Cameron University's consolidated economic development venture and a powerful force for economic development in Southwest Oklahoma. It is a manifestation of Cameron's core values, which include providing leadership in our community and region by stimulating economic development, and by forming partnership and collaborative relationships with other organizations and businesses.
