I, , give my permission to CETES through Cameron University to publish any pictures of my child in the newspaper, television, and/or be filmed during the Summer Robotics program 2008 camp for CETES publicity purposes.  I understand that these pictures will be used only for the purposes to advertise for future Summer Programs and/or to acknowledge my child’s achievements during this year’s summer program through CETES at Cameron University. 

I agree to defend, indemnify and to hold harmless the CETES staff, Cameron University and its Board of Regents from any and all claims for loss, costs, damages, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may occur to persons or property during the CETES Summer Robotics/Entrepreneurship Program for CETES photos or videos taken.

I have fully read and understand, to the best of my knowledge, the above statements and I give my child, permission to have his/her picture taken and/or filmed during the CETES Summer Robotics Camp 2008.
